Laura

Laura is our head Orthodontic assistant and also works in the Pediatric field. She has been with Elko Dental Specialists since February of 2007. She enjoys interacting with all of the different patients and getting to know them. She is passionate about her family, friends, shoes, and pop music. She is married to her best friend, Nick. She and Nick reside in Elko with their two fur babies, Doug and Ziggy. The four of them could only be happier if they lived in Sleeping Beauty's castle. |
Rachel

Rachel is our head Oral Surgery assistant and licensed Phlebotomist, but enjoys working in all of our specialty fields. She came to Elko from Salt Lake City with 12 years of experience in dental assisting. She has a great love for her patients and coworkers. Rachel enjoys spending time with the loves of her life; her husband, Mike, and her two children, Haylie and Hunter. When Rachel is not helping create new smiles, she enjoys riding horses, fishing, camping, and the occasional lazy day. |
Jeanie

Jeanie is a wonderful asset to our Orthodontic and Pediatric assistant team. She moved to Elko from Salt Lake City and has been an Elko resident long enough to call it home. She has been in and out of the dental field since high school. She is married and has two wonderful children and loves spending time with friends and family. Elko Dental Specialists brings great doctors and staff to our community, and Jeanie loves seeing all of us in the office. |
Kassandra |
Kassandra is Elko Dental Specialist's Insurance Coordinator. She was born and raised in Elko. She has 10 years of experience in the dental field and has enjoyed every aspect of working with patients, from assisting chairside to assisting patients with financials, insurance, and scheduling appointments. Kassandra has attended college in Albany, Corvallis, and Eugene, Oregon. She enjoys spending her free time with her wonderful 10 year old son, Marcos, watching movies, traveling, and having lazy days. She also enjoys shopping, running, spending time with friends and family, and did we mention shopping? Yes, she loves shopping! |
Jackie

As Orthodontic and Pediatric Treatment Coordinator, Jackie is here to provide you with the information you need to schedule your children their Orthodontic and Pediatric treatment appointments. Jackie moved to Elko from Chicago, Illinois in August of 2008. She has worked in many different aspects of the dental office for over 20 years and is now our Treatment Coordinator for Orthodontics and Pedodontics. She has one daughter, Tamara, who resides in Chicago. Tamara also works in a dental office as an office administrator. Jackie's interests include gardening, skiing, and hiking with her Golden Retriever, Buddy. |
Maggie
|
Maggie serves as our Front Office Supervisor. She was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and has lived in Elko for 4 years. She came to Elko Dental Specialists in January of 2008. Maggie has been continuously enrolled in college classes at Great Basin College since 2008 and will be making the move in August of 2011 back to Reno to finish and receive her Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She will then begin applying to dental schools throughout the west coast. Her ultimate goal is to become an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Maggie's interests include golfing, big trucks, friends, family, her dogs, big trucks, any activity done outdoors, big trucks, and big trucks. |
Regina
|
Regina is one of our Oral Surgery assistants who is also a licensed Phlebotomist. She also works as an Orthodontic and Pediatric assistant as well. Regina is 26 years old and has lived in Elko for 6 years. She moved here from her hometown, Chandler, Oklohoma. She has two dogs that she considers her children. Regina received a full ride scholarship to Northwestern Oklohoma State University for dance. She then studied dental assisting at DeMarge and has been working in the dental field for 7 years. She has been with Elko Dental Specialists since January of 2008. She loves riding horses, camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. |
Kristin

Kristin is our Office Manager and came to Elko Dental Specialists in 2007 after moving from Utah with her husband a couple of years before. Kristin is a wonderful mother of two beautiful children; Mikal 13, and Madison 16. She loves having get togethers with her amazing friends and family. She also enjoys shopping, shopping for her children, golfing, reading, cooking, and a good glass of wine. |
Jerri

Jerri is one of our Oral Surgery assistants and licensed Phlebotomists who also works in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. She came to Elko from Salt Lake City and has been in dentistry for 12 years. After graduating from a small mining town in Utah, she attended Utah Valley State College. She married her high school sweetheart, Dan. Jerri and Dan have two beatiful girls together; Alyssa, age 7, and Alia, age 1. Jerri enjoys going on family dates, playing with her girls, wine walks, shopping, hanging out with friends, and anything outdoors. She began working in the dental field after visiting the dentist for the first time at age 18. Jerri loves learning every aspect of dentistry, including getting to know her patients, helping them feel comfortable, and watching them find their smiles. Jerri truly loves her job and is very happy to be working at Elko Dental Specialists. |
Cinda

Cinda is Elko Dental Specialist's Financial Coordinator and has worked in the dental field, both general and orthodontics, for 28 years. She started as a chairside assistant and has since learned the front office aspect of the business throughout the years. She still enjoys assisting when she gets the chance, but also appreciates the challenge of being a financial coordinator. Cinda has two wonderful chidlren; Amanda and CJ. Amanda and her husband, Landon, have made their home in Chino Valley, Arizona. CJ attends Shasta College in Redding, California where he is a catcher for their baseball team. Cinda enjoys archery and playing with her two cats on the weekends. Cinda loves working at Elko Dental Specialists, where she feels very fortunate to be a part of our team! |

Katy
|
Katy is the newest member of our front office team and works as our Scheduling Coordinator. She recently moved to Elko from Dallas, Texas, with her husband, Brad, who works at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in administration. Katy graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in journalism and mass communications. She is a huge Big XII and SEC college football fan - "Boomer Sooner and Geaux Tigers!" In Katy's spare time, she loves to ski, hike, shop, go to concerts, and spend time with her friends and family. |
